Are your products safe?
YES! All of our products are BPA free, 100% non-toxic, lead free, mercury free, PVC free, and made of food grade silicone. We do our best to provide safe products, but like anything you should never leave your child unattended with any teething products, you should also inspect products before and after use; discontinue use when you see damage or wear of product. B & B Craft Supplies is not liable for any problems that may arise from misuse of our products.
Can my baby chew on the wood?
YES! Babies love the feel of wood on their sore gums. All the wood we use is non-toxic, all natural, and locally sourced. The ensure the wood does not dry out and splinter we recommend coating the wood in food grade beeswax or our personal favorite, coconut oil. Do not submerge in oil.
The item I want in not in stock, now what?
Simply message me what items you want and I will order in your product and ensure it gets sent to you as soon as possible.
How do I clean my items?
For our silicone products you can wash with mild soap and warm water. Though we do not recommend submerging any of our wood products, just spot clean with a damp cloth.
When can I expect my product?
If you choose local pick up you can often pick up the same day as ordered. If you get your item shipped you can expect your item to be shipped within 24-72 hours or 1-3 business days of ordering, and then it should arrive in 2-8 business days via Canada Post. If you purchase after 5pm; 24 hours starts in the morning. If you purchase after 5pm on Friday; 24 hours will start Monday morning.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons during the COVID 19 pandemic. Though if your item seems faulty, incorrect, or you experience any problems with your item please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. To cancel your order please email us ASAP.
Missing/Incorrect Items
Mistakes happen unfortunately! We are all human... if there is something wrong with your order ie missing or incorrect please email us at bandbteethingsupplies@gmail.com with your order number & issue and I will resolve it as quickly as possible.
What is your shipping rate within Canada?
Our shipping rate within Canada is $18 on all orders under $175, orders over $175 qualify for FREE shipping.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders over $200CAD.
