We offer simple tiered shipping so the more you stock up, the more you save on shipping!

Tracked Shipping:

• Orders under $75 — $15
• Orders $75–$124.99 — $10
• Orders $125+ — FREE

For eligible smaller orders, $6 untracked lettermail may also be available at checkout.

Please note that lettermail does not include tracking. Once an untracked order has been mailed, we are unable to provide tracking or delivery updates.

📦 Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we are unable to ship tracked orders to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure your order can be delivered.

🇺🇸 Do you ship to the USA?

U.S. shipping is temporarily unavailable while we navigate recent changes to U.S. customs, tariffs and carrier fees.

We're working on a solution that allows our U.S. customers to know their costs upfront without unexpected charges at delivery. We hope to welcome our U.S. customers back soon!

Shipping Agreement

We take great care in packing every B&B order so it leaves our shop safely and securely. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, etc.), delivery is unfortunately outside of our control.

Tracked Orders

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with other household members or neighbours, and contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

B&B Craft Supplies cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced after being confirmed as delivered, packages stolen after delivery, or packages left exposed to weather after delivery.

Damaged Packages

Every order is inspected and carefully packed before leaving B&B Craft Supplies.

If your package arrives damaged due to handling during transit, please contact us and provide photos of the package and damaged items. We will help determine the appropriate next steps and, where applicable, work with the shipping carrier on a claim.

Untracked Lettermail

By selecting the $6 untracked lettermail option, you acknowledge that your shipment will not include tracking or delivery confirmation. B&B Craft Supplies cannot track or locate an untracked shipment once it has been mailed.
